- Click on the file you want to fill out.
- You must first save a blank copy to your computer before you can fill out the form. To do so click save and then choose a location to save to the file.
- Open the file you just created and fill it out.
- When you are done filling out the form, save it.
- Finally, upload the file by going to the "Secure Forms" section of the website by clicking here.
